It is currently developing City of Dreams Manila, an integrated resort in Manila, on an approximately 6.2 hectare site at the gateway to Entertainment City, Manila. When opens in 2014, the complex will include the ultimate in entertainment, hotel, retail and dining, an incredibly diverse and cosmopolitan collection of contemporary leisure and lifestyle experiences with aggregated gaming space, including VIP and mass-market gaming facilities.
City of Dreams Manila will have a total of six hotel towers – including Nobu Hotel, Crown Towers and Hyatt City of Dreams Manila – with a combined total of approximately 950 rooms, including VIP and five-star luxury rooms and high-end boutique rooms, suites and villas.
The three hotels offer unique accommodation styles:
The 260-room Crown Towers is a luxurious, premium hotel brand, adding to the brand’s two current locations; Crown Towers at Crown Melbourne, Australia and the Forbes Five Star Crown Towers at City of Dreams in Macau. Crown Towers at City of Dreams Manila will cater to the high end VIP and premium mass market segments in Manila.
Inspired by the world-renowned Japanese culinary genius Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and championed by Academy award-winning actor Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, the 321-room trendsetting boutique Nobu Hotel will deliver a thrilling, celebrity-inspired and ‘fun-luxury’ experience fused with the utmost quality to visitors to City of Dreams Manila. The hotel will also feature a Nobu Restaurant within an idyllic setting including an outdoor cabana-styled dining terrace situated on an exclusive platform deck with views of Manila Bay.
Hyatt City of Dreams Manila
Set to feature 365 guestrooms, the hotel will provide an intimate setting with direct access to three distinctive entertainment venues, including a family entertainment center, a live performance lounge and a nightclub that will be situated in an architecturally unique ‘Fortune Egg’ structure. Additionally, the hotel will offer two food and beverage areas, a fitness center, VIP lounge, and outdoor swimming pool.
City of Dreams Manila will feature three distinctive entertainment venues, including the world’s first DreamPlay, a DreamWorks-inspired “Edutainment” center. Inspired by the mantra of learning through play, “DreamPlay by DreamWorks” is a revolutionary approach to family entertainment. Each experience is designed exclusively for City of Dreams Manila by the artistic and creative forces of DreamWorks Animation and iP2 Entertainment to combine the best elements of the DreamWorks library with the hands-on activities of an education inspired play-center to create a truly one-of-a-kind family adventure.
There will also be live performance central lounge inside the casino and a night club situated at the Fortune Egg, an architecturally-unique dome-like structure, which will be accented with creative exterior lighting design. It is expected to become an iconic landmark of the Manila Bay area.
